Jaclyn is a sustainable tourism expert & traveler (41 countries and counting) with a passion to regulate the sustainable tourism industry. She is the Founder & CEO of ecomadic - a trustworthy bookings & reviews platform connecting sustainably-minded travelers with responsible businesses. ecomadic's mission is to amplify the positive effects that sustainable tourism can bring to global communities, while their vision is to set a standard in the industry through transparency and education. Her team is currently participating in the George Washington University Summer Startup Accelerator - where she is also a student pursuing a Master of Tourism Administration, focusing on Sustainable Tourism, with a minor in International Science & Technology Policy. She hopes to use travel as a tool for community development, as well as utilize her voice to influence on a consumer, business, and government level.
