Today’s society is undergoing fundamental changes that require new approaches and mindsets in order to tackle the most pressing issues. With my systemic worldview, I want to promote a new and regenerative way of doing business, that benefits society and our global ecosystem. I am committed to make a difference with the projects that I am involved in and see my contribution to the realization of new placemaking concepts that create spaces of inspiration, education, and transformation – serving as experience-based showcases and prototypes for innovative societal models and resilient ecosystems.

I am driven by a strong sense of purpose and the firm belief that we all have a higher calling that is to be discovered during our lifetime. Having experienced deep transformation in my life, I had to reinvent myself several times and came to the realization, that supporting humanity ́s transition to a new paradigm, is the most important task to work on in these current times of disruption. My life-journey has lead me to work in six countries on three continents, gaining experiences in different settings from corporate business, personal development, and social innovation; thus I bridge and bring different worlds together.

Flexible and creative problem-solving has allowed me to be successful in managing people and projects, organizing resources and budgets. A strong service-mind allows me to achieve the highest customer satisfaction, based on superior employee satisfaction and motivation. Over the years I have also gained multicultural management and communication skills. Having been involved in four pre-opening projects and several startups, I like to conceptualize, plan, and build new ventures. In order to tackle the challenges of the digital age, I complimented my skills with new knowledge ranging from organizational development to systems thinking, community building, different spiritual practices, worldviews, and new technology.
