Since the start of my career in the hospitality industry, I have worked in every aspect of hotel operations. I’m known as a high-energy, creative problem-solver with an eagerness for improving efficiency within an organization and understanding of the critical value of inspiring people to high levels of performance.

With 18 years in the hotel industry in various management positions, I’ve gained valuable in this field, coaching individuals and implementing my own theories about hotel operations. Almost 10 years ago, the interesting and noble world of Sustainability crossed my professional career, changing completely my approach of the classical way of managing hotel operations. This new approach, combined with my experience, was the trigger for the birth of Green Partner, a company focused solely on sustainability, green certification, water reduction, energy efficiency, circular economy, SCR, SDG, ESG and green bonds for the hotel business, giving me the possibility to share my vision inside the hotel industry.
